Founder of Cabinet d’avocat Raed Tharf pour le droit et les consultations juridiques in 2005. He holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from Al-Quds University – Palestine, and is a member of the Palestinian Bar Association and the European Lawyers Association, in addition to membership in several civil society institutions.
He has extensive legal experience in various fields and has contributed to supporting and developing the justice system in Palestine through participation in numerous legal conferences, seminars, and meetings, which produced outcomes and recommendations that helped shape a number of legal rules and executive regulations for certain Palestinian legislation.
He has also participated in many volunteer activities through civil society institutions serving Palestinian society, particularly youth and women, and has contributed to spreading legal awareness in the fields of human rights, economic and social rights, and workers’ rights.
His role is not limited to litigation and legal consultations; it extends to contributing to legal culture and strengthening awareness of rights and duties within Palestinian society.
He has played a prominent role in strengthening the culture of volunteer work and spreading legal awareness related to the right to claim compensation for material and moral damages resulting from negligence or default by individuals or institutions.
Me Raed Tharf has long experience in litigation before Palestinian courts since 2005, and works as a lawyer and legal consultant for a number of companies, institutions, and civil society organizations in Palestine.
